Yokogawa FLXA402 4-Wire Converter (AC, Inductive conductivity)

The Yokogawa FLXA402 4-Wire Converter is a versatile, multi-parameter instrument designed for process liquid analysis. This model is configured for Inductive conductivity (ISC) measurement and comes with an AC power supply (100–240 V AC), aluminum alloy housing with corrosion-resistant urethane coating, and general-purpose certification (CE, RCM, China standards).

It includes 2 isolated 4–20 mA outputs with HART communication, one contact input, and a relay module (4 SPDT relay contacts) for process alarms, control, and washing cycles. The unit features a color touch-screen HMI supporting 9 languages, quick startup menus, and sensor wellness diagnostics.

The converter supports integration with analog sensors (pH/ORP, conductivity, inductive conductivity, dissolved oxygen) and digital SENCOM 4.0 Smart sensors, with options for multiple sensor measurements. Communication and maintenance are simplified via HART, RS485, Ethernet (optional), SD card, and Bluetooth (optional).

Supplied with the /UM universal mounting kit, the FLXA402 allows pipe, wall, or panel mounting, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial environments. Its robust IP66/NEMA 4X-rated enclosure ensures reliable operation even in harsh field conditions.
