Siemens Speed Sensor - SITRANS WS300

The SITRANS WS300 Speed Sensor is a medium to high resolution shaft-driven speed sensor used with Milltronics belt scales. This particular unit has a resolution of 256 pulses/Rev (suitable for drum/pulley rpm of up to 2000rpm) with up tp 2000pulses/rev available on request for accurate meaurement of low belt speeds. With its rugged aluminium housing(304SS is available) it is suitable for installation in harsh conditions and it s low weight prolongs bearing life. It is bi-directional and once coupled to a tail drum or bend pulley the high resolution optical encoder provides an extremely accurate speed signal.
