Our range of 5 valve manifold have all the benefits of our 3 valve manifolds with the addition of two extra vent valves, these additional valves make online calibration not only easier but also safer as they isolate your technician and calibration equipment from the hazards posed by the process. These 5-valve 316SS Instrument Manifolds allow calibrations/repairs to be performed on a live plant without breaking into your process.
5 Valve Manifold is designed to be used with differential pressure applications with pressure gauges, pressure switches, and pressure transmitters. They are also commonly used in differential pressure flow devices. These 5 valve manifolds come standard with 1/2”F NPT process connections and 1/2“F instrument connections and 1/4“F drain connections.
5-way manifolds have a maximum pressure up to 6000psi and maximum temperature up to 180deg C. Alternative configurations are available to increase temperature and pressure ratings.
